Extreme weather conditions

It is snowing in the Midlands.

Yesterday I took part in a massive snowball war outside the University library - and of course I won. British students and football hooligans are much more sympathetic when they are throwing snow balls and not beer bottles.

This photograph was snapped in the Sherwood forest, just outside Nottingham. As you can see, the english are once again preparing themselves for a long campaign. Good luck to them.
